- Payment: You can pay by cash or bank transfer (in advance). We cannot accept payment by cheque, debit card, credit card or cash card.
- Arrival and departure: On arrival, the booked apartments are available from 5 p.m. - on the day of departure we ask you to leave the apartments until 9.30 a.m. Bei verspäteter Anreise oder verfrühter Abreise behalten wir uns vor bis zu 3 Tage in Rechnung zu stellen.
- Reservation and booking becomes binding for us when a deposit (booking confirmation) of at least 30% of the total amount has been received in our bank account by bank transfer and we have sent you the confirmation of booking.
- Cancellation: Up to 3 months prior to arrival you may cancel without charges. From 3 months to 2 weeks prior to arrival we retain the booking confirmation. Within the last 14 days prior to arrival the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking amount. To save costs and to safeguard yourself we recommend our Roter Hahn cancellation insurance.
